Exams and appointments All through pregnancy. After birth the archive stays: reports, visit notes and documents are never deleted.
Baby registry Always, and it stays after the birth: the things you need don't stop at the delivery.
Mental health Always, during pregnancy and after. The EPDS questionnaire has no expiry date.
“Is it safe?” — food, medicines, cosmetics Always. The answers change by themselves between pregnancy and breastfeeding.
“Is this normal?” Always. What's common and what's worth mentioning, with the sources — for pregnancy symptoms and for how a newborn behaves.
Archive Always. Reports, visit notes and your birth place stay here even when the tool that created them closes.
Weight Always. After birth the chart gives you no target: there is no correct curve for afterwards, and inventing one would just be one more judgement.
Workouts and recipes Always, and they adapt on their own: to your trimester in pregnancy, to the weeks since birth and the type of birth afterwards.
Baby names Always. Browse, play the card game together, and the names you both like end up in your shortlist.
Scan a food Always. Point at the barcode in the shop and it tells you whether it's fine in pregnancy.
The partner's side Always. Send a link to whoever is beside you: they get their own side, the tasks you assign and the album — never your diary.
Blood pressure Always. Log your readings and bring them to your appointment: the chart beats a number remembered by heart.
Blood glucose All through pregnancy, if your care team asks you to measure it. After the birth the door stays open for anyone who has already logged readings: a check-up a few weeks after the birth is standard, and what you've written is never hidden.
Don't miss out Always. Your country's deadlines — leave, benefits, paperwork — with how many days are left. Without a country in your profile it doesn't appear: showing you another country's deadlines would be worse than showing none.
Pelvic floor Always, before and after the birth. Guided exercises, a few minutes.
Clinics and hospitals Always. Find the ones near you and open them in maps.

After the birth

Your body after birth From the day of the birth. Body and mood day by day, and something concrete to show at your checkup.
Warning signs From the birth onwards, forever.
C-section recovery The first 12 weeks, inside “Your body after birth”. Then it goes on its own: your workouts stay gentler for a while longer.
Your period after birth From week 4 after the birth you'll find it inside “Your body after birth”, for when the real question turns up: “is this lochia, or my period?”. Around four months the app offers it on its own, with a notification.
Feeds, sleep, nappies From the birth. Together with growth, vaccines, first milestones and lullabies.
Baby's growth After the birth. Weight, length and head circumference on the WHO curves, the way your paediatrician reads them.
The firsts After the birth. First smile, first tooth, first step — with the photo and the date.
Vaccinations After the birth. Your country's schedule, with what has already been done.
Lullabies After the birth. They keep playing with the screen off, one-handed.
