Cured meats
Rare, but serious if it happens
Cooked sausage: generally safe, but once sliced it can pick up listeria at the counter. Buy freshly sliced and eat promptly, or warm briefly in a pan.
You can eat this again while breastfeeding: the pregnancy-specific risks (listeria, toxoplasmosis, salmonella) no longer apply after birth. Keep normal food hygiene.
General information, not medical advice. It follows the public guidance for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and it cannot know your own history: for anything about your health or your baby's, the person to ask is your midwife or doctor.
