Meat
Rare, but serious if it happens
Only if meat is freshly and FULLY cooked (no pink parts). Slow rotation can leave warm zones. Prefer chicken (well-cooked) over traditional lamb.
You can eat this again while breastfeeding: the pregnancy-specific risks (listeria, toxoplasmosis, salmonella) no longer apply after birth. Keep normal food hygiene.
General information, not medical advice. It follows the public guidance for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and it cannot know your own history: for anything about your health or your baby's, the person to ask is your midwife or doctor.
